Facts The Archaeology
Technologies Lab (ATL)was formed in January of 1999 with funding provided
by the North Dakota State University (NDSU) through an EPSCOR grant and
the NDSU College of Arts, Humanities, & Social Sciences. The initial
round of funding provided to the ATL totaled $47,000. Through a single
work contract, the ATL was able to take in an additional $8,000, which
was immediately used to purchase badly needed 3D modeling software.
